I’m Tyler Nash — a real estate advisor, investor, and partner dedicated to helping people make confident moves in real estate. My journey started with a simple but powerful strategy: house hacking my first duplex on the east side of St. Paul. That experience taught me firsthand how real estate can be a tool for building wealth and financial freedom. From there, I steadily scaled into larger opportunities — moving from single-family homes into mid-size multifamily properties — and built a portfolio that reflects years of learning, strategy, and hands-on experience.
